Specialty Garments/ Customer Provided Items: Understanding the Risks

Geektress Goods is happy to work with your unique items! When you provide your own garments or fabrics (Specialty Garments) for embroidery, it's important to understand that there are inherent risks involved.

Here's what you need to know:

• We can't guarantee perfect results on Specialty Garments. These items can be unpredictable due to factors like fabric type, existing embellishments, or previous wear and tear.
• You assume the risk of damage. While we'll handle your items with care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the embroidery process.
• We'll provide a sample for approval. Before we embroider your final piece, we'll create a sample for your approval. This helps ensure we're on the same page and minimizes the risk of surprises.
• Our standard guarantee applies to garments we provide. If you choose garments from our inventory, our standard satisfaction guarantee applies.

By providing your own Specialty Garments, you agree to these terms.
