Return and Refund Policy

 

We are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds unless an error has been made on your order by Geektress Goods.

Our Error, Our Responsibility

We take great pride in our work. If you receive your order and believe there is an error that was our fault, please contact us within 24 hours of your order's delivery or receipt.

If the error is proven to be the fault of Geektress Goods, you will have two options:

  • A full refund for the item.
  • A store credit for the full refund amount to be applied toward a future order.

Customer Responsibility & Errors

Customers are fully responsible for all information submitted to Geektress Goods for embroidery and design services.

Please double-check all details before submitting your order, especially:

  • Spelling of names, dates, or any personalized text.
  • Sizing and color selections for your items.

You are not entitled to a refund or store credit if the error originated from incorrect information you provided.

Please understand: If you provide incorrect spelling for a personalization and request a correction after the embroidery service is already in progress or completed, a new invoice will be generated for the corrected item, and full payment will be expected.

How to Report an Error Claim

If you believe an error was made by us, please contact us immediately to report the claim.
