IF AN ERROR IS PROVEN TO BE THE FAULT OF GEEKTRESS GOODS, customers will have the option of either requesting a full refund or choosing to apply the refund amount toward future orders. It is important that any errors are reported within 24 hours of the delivery or receipt of your order(s). Customers are fully responsible for all incorrect information submitted to Geektress Goods for embroidery and design services.
Please understand that customers are not entitled to a refund or the application of funds to other orders if the error originated from their own submissions. This means that if you provide incorrect spelling for personalizations to Geektress Goods and subsequently request a correction after the embroidery services are already in progress or completed, a new invoice will be generated, and payment will be expected in full.
